| Pendulum Limited, the exclusive importer and distributor of Franck Muller, the internationally renowned luxury
watch brand, recently held the event ‘Franck Muller Infinity Night’ to commemorate the brand’s remarkable 17-year
success in Thailand and to officially launch a new collection of timepieces on Thursday 25th March 2010 at R Bar at
the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel. |

| The event was hosted by Mr. Franck Muller, founder of the eponymous brand, who traveled to Thailand to
personally welcome over 200 guests of honor including several society figures and celebrities such as Khunying
M.L. Piyapas Bhirom Bhakdi, Khun Sopitnapa Chumpani, Khun Wannaporn Poshyanonda, Khun Jay Spencer,
Khun Jareyadee Thammavit, Khun Kathleeya McIntosh, Khun Tirawan Pangsrivongse, Khun Polpat Asavaprapha,
Khun Preerati Bhirom Bhakdi, Khun Tiporn Promphan, Khun Srikanya Sakditej Bhanubandh, Khun Chatbencha Nandabhiwat
and Khun Tipanan – Thawin Sirfuengfung, Khun Sombatsara Teerasaroj. Also present were over 70 members
of the press as well as celebrity guests from Hong Kong and Singapore who flew to Bangkok especially for
the occasion. |

| True to the exuberant spirit of Franck Muller, the atmosphere of the event was vibrant and high-spirited, thanks
in part to the delicious cocktails concocted specially for the occasion by the talented team of mixologists from Flow,
a renowned creator of unique cocktails in Asia. Inspired by the legend and characteristic of Franck Muller’s latest
creations, the cocktails perfectly complemented the striking beauty of the new Infinity Collection - no doubt the
highlight of the evening’s proceedings. |

| Adding to the vigor of the evening were shows from the creative minds of a leading event organizer in Thailand,
starting with a mime performance featuring bejeweled mask inspired by the unique diamond-pavé dials of the
new collection of timepieces, followed by a surprise show by a professional dance troupe, along with mood-inducing
music that ranged from favorites of 80s such as Michael Jackson and Madonna to the current dance staple such as
Lady Gaga, temporarily transporting the honorable guests into the fanciful world of Franck Muller. |
